How to place an order?

1. Tell us the details of your requirements.
2. Price list will be sent for confirmation.
3. After prices confirmed, PI will be sent for payment.
4. After receiving your deposit, production will be arranged within one day.
5. When the goods are ready, all the documents for customs clearance will be scanned and sent to you for paying the balance.
6. OEM/ODM are acceptable.

Q:Do you accept OEM business?
We accept OEM with your authorization.
Q:Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We require a minimum order quantity for all international orders to ensure production efficiency, reduce costs, etc.
Q:What is the product warranty?
For transmission and distribution equipment, 18 months from the date of delivery or 12 months from the date of acceptance of installation and test (in accordance with earlier expiry date)

Q:What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal.
Q:What's the delivery time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times depends on the QTYS you purchased.
Q:Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.
Q:How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.
